Fire resistant door

Manusa’s industrial doors can be combined with a fire-resistant door, designed to insolate areas in the event of a fire and prevent the fire from spreading to other areas.

A fire-resistant door is always open but, in the event of a fire alarm, it closes by means of a spring rope pulley and insulates the area affected by the fire.

The panels of the door are filled with basaltic rock wool, an incombustible material that increases fire resistance up to 180 minutes. EI1/EI2-certified and manufactured according to the mandatory European Standard UNE 13501.2. Industrial fire-resistant doors can be of the sliding, swing or curtain type.
